The full scope
Everything a series needs. One house.
From the first breakdown to the last deliverable. Take all of it, or only the parts your production needs.
Pre-production
The production is built before a camera rolls.
Budgeting and scheduling
Script breakdown, a shooting schedule boarded by location and cast, and a line-by-line budget with a top sheet your management can sign.
Casting and extras
Saudi and regional casting for principal, supporting and background roles, with dialect, wardrobe and availability confirmed before the board is locked.
Location scouting and management
Scouting packages with photos, access, power and sun paths; contracts, location managers on the day, and the site handed back as it was found.
Permits and approvals
Filming permits, municipality and road approvals, drone clearances, and heritage-site permissions, filed and tracked to the schedule.
Art department and construction
Production design, set construction, dressing and props, built in our own workshop or on location, with period and regional detail researched.
Wardrobe, hair and make-up
Costume design and sourcing, fittings, continuity books, and hair and make-up teams sized to the cast list and the day.
Production
Every shooting day staffed, equipped and run to the board.
Crew, heads of department to runners
A standing crew that works together every week, scaled with trusted crew from across the Kingdom and the region for a long-form schedule.
Camera, lighting and grip
Owned cinema cameras, lenses, lighting and grip, with platform-approved camera packages sourced to your delivery specification.
Sound and video village
Production sound with multitrack recording, wireless monitoring, and a video village for the director, producers and clients.
Multi-unit and second unit
A second unit for action, inserts, drives and drone work, so the main unit keeps its pages and the schedule holds.
Unit base, transport and catering
Unit base, trailers and holding areas, crew and cast transport, and catering that runs to the call sheet, every day of the schedule.
Safety, security and medical
Risk assessments per location, a safety lead on set, medics, fire and security cover, and heat protocols for outdoor days.
Post-production and delivery
Finished in-house, delivered to the platform's specification.
DIT, data and dailies
On-set data management with verified backups in more than one place, and secure dailies for producers to review each night.
Editorial
Assembly during the shoot, then director's and producer's cuts episode by episode, on a schedule tied to your release.
Colour, sound and VFX
Grade, sound design and mix, and visual effects including hybrid set extension, finished by the house that shot it.
Subtitles and versions
Arabic and English subtitles, censorship-ready versions, trailers and promos, cut from the same masters.
Deliverables and QC
Masters, stems and documents prepared to the platform's own specification, with a quality-control pass before anything leaves.
Business, legal and logistics
The parts of a production nobody sees, handled.
Production accounting
A production accountant, purchase orders, petty-cash control, crew payroll and weekly cost reports against the approved budget.
Incentives and rebates
Guidance through the Kingdom's film incentive programmes, with the spend tracked and documented the way an application needs it.
Contracts, clearances and insurance
Crew and cast agreements, location and music clearances, and production insurance arranged for the length of the shoot.
Visas, travel and accommodation
Visas for visiting cast and crew, flights, hotels and apartments for the length of the shoot, and drivers who know the city.
Equipment import and customs
Temporary import of visiting equipment, customs paperwork and clearance, so specialist kit arrives on the day it is boarded.
Cultural and content advisory
Dialect, customs and protocol advice on set, and a read of the script for the sensitivities a Saudi audience and its regulators expect.
How a series runs
One production, from prep to delivery.

Indicative shape. The weeks are set with you, to your release date.

Breakdown, budget, schedule, casting, locations, permits and departments built. The board and the budget are locked with you before the first shooting day.
- 02 · Principal photography

Block shooting across episodes, a second unit where the schedule needs it, dailies every night and an assembly cut running alongside.
- 03 · Wrap

Locations restored, kit returned, crew paid and every cost reconciled against the budget before the books close.
- 04 · Post
Finish and deliver
Episode cuts, grade, sound, VFX and subtitles in-house, delivered and quality-checked to the platform's specification and your release date.

The day's overtime, extra kit and changes priced the same night, so nothing arrives as a surprise at the weekly report.

Built around the climate
Outdoor days scheduled around summer heat and the midday outdoor-work rules, with early calls, shade, cooling and hydration on every set.
Built around the calendar
Ramadan schedules, Eid and national holidays, prayer times and weekends planned into the board, so the shoot never stops by surprise.
Stages and studios
Our own studio for smaller set-ups; for the builds a series needs, we book and work across the Kingdom's sound stages and virtual production volumes.
For visiting productions
A Saudi partner on the ground for international and regional productions: local crew, permits, fixers, translators and protocol.
Permits and approvals
Who approves what. We file it, and track it.
Permits sit on the critical path of every series. We file them early, track each one against the board, and tell you the day anything moves.
| What | Who approves it |
|---|---|
| Filming permit and script clearance | The Film Commission and the media regulator |
| Streets, parks and public locations | The municipality (Amanah) and the landowner |
| Heritage sites | The Heritage Commission and site authorities, such as Film AlUla |
| Drones and aerial filming | The General Authority of Civil Aviation |
| Road closures, traffic and security | Traffic and security authorities |
| Visiting equipment (ATA Carnet, temporary import) | ZATCA customs, with pre-approval |
| Visiting crew: media registration and work visas | The media regulator, then the visa authorities |
| Radios and wireless frequencies | The Communications, Space and Technology Commission |
Authorities as of November 2026. Requirements and lead times are confirmed for each production; we never promise a date a regulator sets.
The Kingdom's film incentive
More of the budget reaches the screen.
Up to 60%
cash rebate on eligible spend under the Kingdom's film incentive (announced May 2026)
We assess your project's eligibility with the Film Commission before the shoot, when the agreement has to be signed.
The Saudi spend is structured, coded and tracked from the first purchase order, in an audit-ready ledger.
We prepare the cost statement for the independent audit and follow the claim through to payment.
AlUla and NEOM run their own programmes on top; we tell you which applies, and how they combine.
Programme terms as published; eligibility for each project, including series, is confirmed with the Film Commission.

Why the house
Built to carry a production.
We own what others rent
Cameras, lighting, grip, studio and post are the house's own, so the schedule is never held hostage by a rental calendar.
One house, one answer
Prep, shoot and post under one roof, so a problem is solved in the room, not passed between suppliers.
Saudi on the ground
A Riyadh crew that works across the Kingdom every week, fluent in its permits, places, dialects and protocol.
Numbers you can read
Budgets, hot costs and weekly cost reports a producer's management can check line by line.
Questions buyers ask.
Can you carry a full series?
Yes. A series of 30 to 45 shooting days and more is planned as one production: one budget, one board across the episodes, one accountable producer, and post that runs alongside the shoot.
Do we have to use your whole service?
No. Producers take the full production service, line production only, crew and kit for chosen days, or post-production alone. We scope to what your production needs.
How do you report costs?
Against a budget you approve: hot costs every day, and a weekly cost report with actuals, commitments, the forecast cost to complete and every variance explained.
Do you handle permits?
Yes: filming permits, municipality and road approvals, drone clearances and heritage-site permissions, filed early and tracked against the schedule.
Can you help with the Kingdom's film incentives?
Yes. We guide producers through the incentive programmes and keep the Saudi spend tracked and documented the way an application requires.
We are an international production. Can you support us?
Yes. We act as your Saudi partner on the ground: local crew and kit, permits, visas, equipment import, fixers, translators, accommodation and protocol.
How do you handle summer heat and Ramadan?
They are planned into the board: outdoor days around the heat and the midday work rules, Ramadan call times, and holidays and prayer times scheduled from day one.
Can you deliver to platform specifications?
Yes. Masters, sound stems, subtitles, versions and documents are prepared to the platform's own specification and quality-checked before delivery.
What do you need to quote?
The script or episode outlines, the number of shooting days, locations and the delivery date. We return a budget top sheet and a schedule outline.
Is our project kept confidential?
Yes. Scripts and footage are handled under NDA, dailies are shared on secure watermarked links, and nothing is published without your written approval.
The production house
The rest of the house.
Send us the script. We’ll send back a budget and a board.
Script or episode outlines, shooting days, locations and the delivery date are enough to start. Everything is kept under NDA.
