Where the machine helps — and where it is not allowed to.
Every studio in this house uses machine assistance, and every one of them draws the same line. The first column is what anyone can buy. The second is the reason the work still looks like ours.
What the machine does
Transcribes and indexes every frame we shoot so an editor finds the take in seconds. Versions cutdowns across formats and aspect ratios. Extends plates, cleans up rigs and handles the passes that used to eat a day of an artist's week.
What it never does
It does not direct. The idea, the casting, the performance and the final cut are decisions made by people in a room — because a film that was decided by a model looks exactly like one.

Intake & routing
Every enquiry, brief and application is captured, screened, scored and routed to a person with the context attached — no inbox archaeology, no lead sitting unseen over a weekend.
The content pipeline
Work moves from brief to draft to review to scheduled to live in one tracked path, with the state visible to everyone at once instead of living in someone's head.
The dialect system
English and four Arabic registers, per field, with a completeness state and a native-review queue. Full right-to-left throughout — mirrored layout, Arabic type, not English flipped.
The page engine
Campaign, event and personalised pages are composed and shipped without a developer — gated, unguessable, kept out of search by flag rather than by anyone remembering to.
The page-aware concierge
One assistant across every surface, scoped to the intent of the page it is standing on. It qualifies before it routes, and it never carries a conversation from one surface into another.
The measurement loop
Consent-gated analytics, server-verified conversions and attribution assembled into one read — then handed back to the studio as a brief, which is the part most stacks never close.
The publish gates
Rights clearance, relationship flags and approval state are enforced in the system itself. An asset without clean rights is not a warning — it is unpublishable.

The line
Automation removes the repetition. Never the judgement.
In a market where every agency now claims the same technology, the only meaningful thing left to say is where you stop. Here is where we stop — and these limits are built into the system, not written on a slide.
- Nothing self-publishes
- A machine can draft, sort, version, schedule and recommend. It cannot publish. Every piece of work waits for a named person to approve it, and that step cannot be switched off.
- No machine Arabic
- Arabic copy is written and reviewed by a native speaker. Where a line has not been through that review, the English shows instead — clean English beats confident, wrong Arabic every time.
- Rights before reach
- Footage, music, talent and logos are cleared and recorded before an asset can go anywhere, and machine-assisted work carries its provenance. Brand-safe is a system property here, not a promise.
