This is a front-line sales role at the intersection of sport, brand, and creative. You'll build the sponsorship and partnership portfolio for a historic Saudi club undergoing a full commercial transformation — led by Greynab — while simultaneously developing a new client base for the creative house itself. The core mandate: open doors that don't yet exist, with decision-makers at major Saudi companies and deals that weren't on the table before you arrived. If your experience is managing inherited relationships rather than building from zero, this isn't the role for you.

ما ستقوم به

  • Build the sponsorships and partnerships portfolio from zero — identifying targets, opening doors, negotiating terms, and closing
  • Reach decision-makers directly at major corporates across Riyadh, Jeddah, and Dammam
  • Structure and price sponsorship packages, and own the rate card
  • Bring new clients to Greynab — from first conversation to signed deal — while growing existing sponsor relationships well beyond contract renewal
  • Regular travel to Makkah for matches and club sessions, with a longer mandate to build and lead the commercial team

ما نبحث عنه

  • Six to ten years in enterprise sales, sponsorships, or business development — with a verifiable record of deals you owned and closed yourself, start to finish
  • An active, trusted network inside the Saudi private sector
  • Full comfort operating against hard targets and tiered commission, where success is measured in signed, collected contracts — not meeting counts
  • Hands-on experience structuring and pricing commercial packages from scratch, a valid driving licence, and genuine readiness to travel
  • Saudi nationals are given preference
