About the role

This is a sales role — no ambiguity, no asterisks. You'll spend your days identifying the right companies, reaching decision-makers, and turning cold outreach into real meetings and closed deals. You'll carry two books: sponsorships for our sports-sector clients, and creative services for Greynab itself. These are pipelines to build, own, and grow.

What you'd do

  • Build and work your target list by every channel available — cold calls, email, LinkedIn, in-person visits — whatever it takes to reach the decision-maker
  • Lock qualified meetings and hit your weekly numbers: dials, bookings, decks sent
  • Own your pipeline in real time, no gaps, no delays; prepare and present tailored sponsorship and creative proposals for each prospect, then carry the relationship through negotiation, close, renewal, and upsell — with travel to Makkah for match days and live events as part of the role

What we look for

  • Two to four years in B2B, corporate, or agency sales — sponsorship experience is a plus, not a prerequisite
  • A documented cold-outreach record: you've picked up the phone, built a pipeline from nothing, and have the numbers to prove it
  • Commission is your natural motivator — you want a structure where your effort sets the ceiling
  • Native-level Arabic, working English, a clean follow-up discipline with CRM entries made in real time, a valid driving licence with readiness to travel, and Saudi nationality is preferred
